Alessia Petricone-Westwood B.A., M.A., JD., is an associate at Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP. Alessia has extensive experience with all aspects of civil litigation. Alessia represents plaintiffs and defendants in environmental civil litigation, administrative appeals of environmental orders and approvals, and defence of environmental prosecutions. Alessia regularly appears before Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice of Ontario and administrative tribunals. Alessia is called to the Bar in Ontario.
