Foreperson Foundational Skills

The Foreperson Foundational Skills course provides a comprehensive understanding of the role, responsibilities, and expectations of an effective foreperson in the construction industry. Participants will gain practical knowledge in project planning, activity management, trade coordination, workforce organization, and construction documentation.

This course is designed to help participants accelerate their transition into leadership by shortening the “learn-as-you-go” process through real-world examples, practical discussions, and industry insights.
