JHSC Certification Part 2 Training

Our JHSC Certification Part 2 Program is approved by the Ministry of Labour, Training & Skills Development Chief Prevention Officer in Ontario for those who wish to become Certified Members of the company respective Joint Health & Safety Committees.

Participants will learn how to Recognize, Assess, Control and Evaluate (RACE) any potential hazards that they may encounter at the workplace. Participants will also learn how to apply RACE to selected hazards relevant to their own workplaces. The learner will practice drafting Action Plans and Recommendations for the employer through an activity.

This training gives JHSC certified members the knowledge and skills needed to fulfil the JHSC member duties and support the workplace parties that make up the internal responsibility system.
