This course covers an overview of planning and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. Furthermore, we will explore the stages to implement BIM and how to implement in your company. The focus will be on understanding BIM planning, management processes, and implementation. The course provides an excellent starting point for companies or individuals looking to gain knowledge or transition into BIM implementation.

Day 1 – Course Part 1 BIM Overview (1.5 Hours)
Day 1 – Course Part 2 BIM planning and management (2 Hours)
Day 2 – Course Part 3 Guest speakers (Implementing BIM Planning and Management) (1 Hour)
Day 2 – Open Discussion with our guests (0.5 hours)
Day 2 – Analyze your company’s BIM planning and management needs. (2 Hours)
