This session will benefit project owners, developers, and consultants by identifying the key decisions that need to be made in different circumstances to optimize project delivery.   Key decisions include the amount of involvement desired by the project owner, the speed at which the project must start construction thereby reducing design time, costs associated with consulting, and why it varies, using the new CDAO study "Impacts of Pre-Project & Quality of Documents on Project Delivery Efficiencies" each participant will receive a copy of the CDAO study and we will examine and uncover cause and effect of decisions made early in the project.
